I am new to the area and my 10 y.o. son is not a patient at Kids First. However, he chipped a tooth over the weekend and I needed him to be seen. Not only was my call promptly answered but they fit us in without an appointment. I liked Dr. Michelle's bedside manner, as she did a nice job explaining and being transparent about my options. My son loved the video games in the waiting room and declared upon our departure, "That was a really nice place. Can we come here again?" Nataly is fantastic! She made my 2 year old have fun and smile - oh and cleaned his teeth too!
Everyone is always so nice and smiling. It makes my little ones so comfortable to be there and get what is needed to be done done.
My kids love going to see Suzanne and left today saying "this was the best day ever! I love the dentist!" She has a way of making the kids feel comfortable and makes the experience fun for them! Very accommodating, patient and gentle. We also really loved meeting Dr Emily today- she was fantastic with our kids too! Thank you Kid's First!
As always, the hygienist and dentist were fabulous with my 5 year old daughter - she actually loves going to the dentist!
Today we needed help. My son had a small infection on his gum, and we needed to see someone after school let out. I called at 3:30 and we were able to come in within 15 minutes. When we came to the office we were brought right in, and he was looked at right away. Everyone at Kids First were so friendly and professional, and my son LOVES coming to the dentist! Thank you to Missy for taking the time with my little Jayden..lol He was just so comfortable with her. He sat on the chair all by himself and she even took X rays without the crying and screaming from Jayden. Even though I am very nervous with his next procedures (getting fillings), I know that he will be well taken care of. We missed Patty at this visit but Missy was just as good. Love all the employees in your office. I would recommend you guys to everyone I know. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!!
I love kids first, every time I bring my kids there for their dental visit I'm always greeted with a smile nd the staff just makes u feel at home and my kids love the waiting area because they have game systems and a play area. The dental assidents are always really good with them and takes they time to make sure their comfortable nd the dentist their a very good at their job as well always helpful and explains everything to me. I just love my experience every time I visit nd I'm goin to continue on coming back!
