Things have changed so drastically from when I was a kid. My son loves going to the dentist and asks when his appointment is next. The staff are friendly and always great us with a smile. (And I love that we have the opportunity to send Halloween candy overseas and the kid gets money for his loot!)
After yesterdays appointment snaffoo and what i found out today via a new dentist I will never step foot in their office again. The person who called said "Tomorrow at 12:50" we were there early and she said no the appointment is TOMORROW. yet again. it messed up a delivery for me also kid scheduling i had done and wasted gas since i had to drive 45 mins to the office.
