I had no problem with front staff but had a very unprofessional nurse practitioner, I went with my daughter to get her rash checked out. While I was explaining to her she told me to “🤌 shush let your daughter talk” then when my daughter was explaining she started to question her and judge her about everything she was saying. My daughter was explaining to her about past creams she’s used and she was judgy saying “how’d you manage to make it last that long🤨” she wouldn’t let me talk so I just listened to them. Very friendly, very quick, very thorough. I can’t speak highly enough about this place. My little one regularly gets ear infections, they got us in and got us on our way with antibiotics quickly while still providing friendly and through care
NP was great and so was the assistant. Listened to concerns and explained everything.
We had an amazing experience with the np we had she finally listened to my concerns and if it wasn’t for her sending us to the er my son could have been seriously injured. Thank you
