My child was sick and we had an appointment at 10:20. We got there early and the receptionist just sat there looking at us. Finally she was like our internet is down you will have to wait a couple hours. What a lack of communication esp when your kid is sick.
The staff is very nice. I had confidence in the provider. We were in and out very quickly.
Amazing care and customer service. Everyone was so kind. From the front desk to the NP, the whole team was informative and so helpful.
My experiences have all been excellent here. Super convenient for sick visits with easy scheduling, short wait times and kind, helpful staff.
Was not really treated was brushed off for my 12-year-old daughter’s cough she has severe asthma
