Wonderful staff! We love dr. bingham,
Very rude staff at front desk. Wasted my morning and had to reschedule my son’s appointment because of their error. Their system said my son’s insurance was inactive. I called Humana and asked her to speak to them, said no and then continued to ignored me. Humana called their line and suddenly everything was ok. If she would have called them in the first place, none of this would have happened. What a waste of time and frustration!

Excellent care for my granddaughter’s first trip to the dentist. All staff was friendly and made visiting the dentist a fun experience.
The dentist here scolded me for not flossing my kid’s teeth like I should (age 3 and 5) AND said my 5 year old had 2 cavities that she insisted we schedule to get drilled and filled right away. I did not feel got about the whole visit and wanted a second opinion on my 5 year old’s “cavities.” I took him to another pediatric dentist and he does NOT have cavities!!!! Will never go back here!!!
I normally have no problem! Today I had to work and couldn't take both my kids that I waited over a month for a appointment. My niece takes them and I tell them to call me if they need to okay it! What do they do cancel both their appointments and say no exceptions has to be a guardian. Even there pediatrician will call and get my permission. What a joke and the guy was hateful. We will find a new dentist!
My son w Autism is nonverbal usually he had to be seen in Louisville to fit sedated just for cleaning. Dr. Lydia was awesome. No to to Louisville. She used the papoose board to keep him and them safe. He's super strong. She was able to get the cavity filled which was the main priority. His teeth cleaned and flouride on them. She got 2 baby teeth out that we couldn't get out. So I asked while she was in there is she may be able to if it was loose. Out they came. All in less than 30 mins. And he had been so happy. My 9 & 12 yr old has their routine check up but it was my 16 mth old 1st visit. The girls were amazing & of course he didn't like it but all little's throw fits. After awhile, he did great. Plus, it was his nap time. Thanks for everything.
We absolutely love this office! Dr. Monica is amazing with the kids & very personable with the whole family!!
