The front office staff at Shepherdsville could be entirely replaced and I would then start taking my kids back there. I've always had a good experience with the dentist and the assistants but the office girls suck. They are rude, disrespectful and a turn off. Won't be going back to the shep location.
I had taken my daughter routinely for a few visits with no issues but the latest visit she had a horrible time. She has a gag reflex that started while her teeth were being cleaned and she vomited in her mouth. The young girl cleaning her teeth was quite irritated and walked angrily out of the room. I quickly grabbed whatever I found to try to clean her up and was going to wipe her face when another lady in the office rushed over and told me that the wipe was actually a cleaning wipe! They need their records audited they tried to do oral surgery on my 3 year old niece with nearly perfect teeth luckily the second opinion save her from the unnecessary pain of oral surgery. Shes 3 and you try to scam her insurance and cause her pain this place really does need it records audited.

I wish that I could give 0 stars. I took my daughter here last week and yeah sure, they were friendly and everything but they gave me nothing but FALSE information and even scheduled oral surgery to preform a LOT unnecessary oral treatment on my daughter, luckily I took her for a second opinion today and the dentists were absolutely DUMBFOUNDED when looking at the paperwork from Kids Dentistree..Kids Dentistree pretty much said that every tooth in my child's mouth needed attention, feelings, crowns, extractions, and so on...... read more
