I had such a great experience at Kids Dental Land! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was amazing. The receptionists were welcoming and kind, and the dental assistant Anna and the doctor were both incredibly helpful and professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions and never once made me feel bad or embarrassed about my dental health, which I really appreciated. The staff is lovely no complaints about that, what made me really uncomfortable was when the destiny came in to check my sons teeth and as soon as she was done she was out, she had the dental assistant explain my sons cavities, that he needed the silver teeth and that he needed to be tide up to do that. I respectfully declined and told them I would go get a second opinion. I did and my son DOES NOT need the silver teeth (and that soon his teeth are going to fall either way that his teeth weren’t to a degree to need the silve... read more
Bad customer service. Wasted 45 minutes there for nothing. Girls at the front desk are rude. I Don't recommend this place
I’ve been coming here for over 20 years. I now bring my grandson. Doctors and staff have always been so professional and polite.
