Our experience with the orthodontist Dr.Nam was highly disappointing. From the moment we arrived, there was no greeting or acknowledgment from her and throughout our appointments, we received little to no communication about the progress of my son’s dental treatment. I was not provided with feedback or explanations regarding his treatment plan, which left us feeling uninformed and undervalued as a patient. I wasn’t going to give a review but It’s getting ridiculous. EVERY appointment my children have is ALWAYS CANCELLED the day before or hours before the appointment. Do you guys not realize people have work, kids are in school etc . So I’m constantly taking off work and pulling my child from school only to find out “they over booked, or the dr won’t be there” it’s honestly ridiculous. It’s happened AT LEAST 20 times within the 2 years we’ve been coming . I have only had MAYBE 3 appointments that weren’t canceled. Maybe hire mo... read more
I take my nephew here. They are fabulous, great with him (and he usually doesn't do well with dentists), they do a marvelous job, and they are great with working around school/work schedules
