Horrible customer service! They literally texted not called texted! And canceled my sons appointment 40minutes before his appointment. I canceled my day if clients to make this appointment. Stated the dentist won’t be in! I’m sure the dentist new hours before or the previous night they wouldn’t be in. So unprofessional! Don’t go here if you want your time wasted ! They couldn’t even accomrqtf me to get him in sooner! I’ll be waiting for my call from the clinic manager! Or there will be more reviews coming soon.
My son loves going here. Everyone is soo nice and makes him feel comfortable.
Very clean courteous customer service is absolutely the best would recommend it to anyone Jasmine was very sensitive to my daughter and was very professional
Brought my daughter here for her 8am appointment sat in the waiting room for over 30mins while calling other patients back and then 20 mins after my appointment was supposed to start they decide to tell me that they have to cancel and reschedule due to their “doctor not being able to make it” my daughter and I sat there with no knowledge of anything until they decided hey we have to reschedule, mind you I brought my daughter in before school so she could make it to school on time and they staff was very rude and unprofession... read more
