the way business is handled here it's very unprofessional. my kids have had several appointments canceled and rescheduled without a phone call to see if new appointments would fit mine or their schedules. the office seems to think handling business through automated text messages is ok and it is not. i love the doctor but will be finding a new dentist for my kids because of her staff
So I went in today to get my daughter cavity filled and the lady at the desk said oh ma’am your insurance is expired I’m like there’s no way So I called peach state she did as well then I called dfcs they verified that the insurance was still activate she said can they fax over proof the lady at dfcs said we can u can go on gateway portal I said u know what I’ll just find another dentist office I really thought the doctor office supposed to check and verify before your appointment I could be wrong but I want be turning after... read more
staff members are friendly. To top it off Dr. Monica is great. she is thorough and make sure you understand what your child needs. I love this placement wish they took adults too lol
I love the way the staff members are extremely sensitive to my babies needs!! They are very patient as well. However, the wait can be lengthy at times but that's because they have a lot of kids that come through which is a good thing!!! They're the best! #HANDSDOWN
having me starving my child just so y'all can say sedation running behind and he won't be seen after traveling far distance to your office also after receiving a phone call at 8am not even mentioning y'all running behind!!!!! unacceptable and unprofessional
Great dentist but you gonna wait for bout an hour before your child is seen then you've gotta wait another hour for them to be attended to then they get attended to. So intend on being there for a good 3-4 hours depending on what your child has to get.
