We used the Halifax location Kids & Co for backup care for a couple of days for our 1 yr old. In the last two days that she was there, only one diaper change was logged in the app, and she was sent home in soiled diapers both days. She obviously wasn't being changed, as over just those two days she developed a severe, blistered diaper rash.
