I had an incident today where my kid was threatened by another adult she used her index finger and screamed “ you need to share”. I approached her asking her to come to me if there were any problems and I would be there to correct my child. I understand wanting to keep a space kid-friendly, but the no-stroller policy makes this place extremely unfriendly to actual families. As a mom of three, I had to carry my infant the entire time while also trying to supervise my other kids. That’s not just inconvenient — it’s unrealistic. Every other children’s venue I’ve been to allows strollers or at least provides a designated stroller area. Great for all ages. My 3 and 9 year old always have fun. It's always clean. We love coming on weekdays when it is less busy but even fun on weekends when more families are there.
Love bringing my kids here. I always see the staff cleaning and putting away toys. It's easy to keep and eye on my kids and there are activities that adults can partake in. Fun for everyone!
Had my sons birthday here and hiring a helper was worth it! So fun! Thank you KidsCity Kapolei!
