Completely unprofessional and strange. Called them to see if they have something I'm looking for for my newborn. The person who picked up the phone seemed annoyed to pick up the phone and asked who I am and where I'm calling from. It was like an interrogation. I was confused and I eventually answered saying that I am a potential customer and that I'm looking for a specific item. He then just hung up the phone. I called back and there was no answer.
