This office is wonderful from the staff all the way to the provider, the doctor and PA. Friendly and very informative. Explains everything.

So called “Medical Assistant” can’t even schedule Lab orders right. Called at 930am to schedule Dr’s visit and was advised I needed to get Labs. Transferred to “Medical Assistant” and said all I needed to do was go to Labcorp and orders will be in system. Made it to Labcorp and no orders. Called KSOSN and was transferred to “Medical Assistant” and stated she will put it in the system. Went back in to Labcorp and same issue. No Orders. Dr. Jain of the Kidney Specialists of Southern Nevada is my favorite Doctor of all time. He is kind, compassionate, and easy to talk to. BUT, some members of his staff are quite the opposite. The last thing a patient needs to hear is office staff not letting a patient speak, talking over them, and being extremely rude. It is unfortunate that Dr. Jain's personality does not trickle down to his staff. I will not be back.
Too efficient to have a sit in waiting room.!!! Thorough AND sensitive professional consult. Pleasant environment.
