So called “Medical Assistant” can’t even schedule Lab orders right. Called at 930am to schedule Dr’s visit and was advised I needed to get Labs. Transferred to “Medical Assistant” and said all I needed to do was go to Labcorp and orders will be in system. Made it to Labcorp and no orders. Called KSOSN and was transferred to “Medical Assistant” and stated she will put it in the system. Went back in to Labcorp and same issue. No Orders. Dr. Jain of the Kidney Specialists of Southern Nevada is my favorite Doctor of all time. He is kind, compassionate, and easy to talk to. BUT, some members of his staff are quite the opposite. The last thing a patient needs to hear is office staff not letting a patient speak, talking over them, and being extremely rude. It is unfortunate that Dr. Jain's personality does not trickle down to his staff. I will not be back.

If I can give 10 stars, I would. Dr. Raja and her team in Henderson took care of my mother during her battle with kidney failure. Dr. Raja was unbelievably kind, professional, and an amazing doctor. She not only helped my mom, she really took care of me as well. As I was my mom's caretaker, she educated me and guided me. Even after she passed, Dr. Raja was the ONLY doctor (Out of 5) who called me after she passed to comfort me. We ALWAYS felt so loved in her care. ❤️ I can't thank her and her team enough.
