When a Doctor comes in your room with your chart and says oooh I have bad news,you have Lupus.youre just about to cry in disbelief then he tells you,oh wrong chart.i couldn't get out of there fast enough.hes a QWAK!!!!!!

I’ve been a patient of Dr Masood for almost 11yrs. He saved my life the first time we met and many times afterwards. I know if it wasn’t for him and he’s devotion to calling, I wouldn’t be here. I will always be grateful and respectful to him and he’s kind and helpful staff. You have to be a beautiful human being to have faithful staff in the medical field. I know, I’m a retired nurse. Thank you my Dr Masood for all that you’ve done and all that you do for us your patients. You will always have a special place in my heart.

If I could rate Dr Masood with a negative star I would. He is very unprofessional. I waited an hour for him to come to the room I was in, so I walk out and ask the girls how much longer. They said, he was in his office. He finally walks out from his office while 3 patients are waiting in rooms for him. If you know you pray at that hour don’t schedule people for appointments at that time. It’s rude to have your patients waiting for you and you take advantage that we have to wait. Dr. Massod is very helpful but definitely a quirky fellow. He is very vague and spoke into a recording device that looked like a microphone to record his notes after we spoke. (Mind you I was still in the room it was awkward)and when I left (obviously anxious) he said don’t worry about it pray to God and maybe you won’t see anything bad on your scans. Guess it worked, I’m fine. I would recommend him nonetheless.
