I want to take a moment to thank Kiddies Pal and especially Dr. Tal, my son’s primary care physician. Since we moved to Vegas, Dr. Tal has provided exceptional care with kindness, patience, and professionalism. He truly goes above and beyond, and we feel so lucky to have him. The entire staff is also amazing—always friendly, courteous, and welcoming. We’re so grateful for the care and support they’ve shown our family.
Our family loves Dr. Tal! He’s great with kids and is a very caring doctor.
I really gave this office multiple chances to prove me wrong. It feels more like an ego platform for the Pediatrician, than a safe place to go with your concerns. 1. Serious concerns that I voiced have been dismissed on multiple occasions. He treats me as if I am being paranoid. Big NO. I took my son to a specialist because he said he would not refer me based on my description of issues. I took him to someone anyway because I am not on am HMO or Medicaid. Been coming here for about 3 yrs now till today. These annual fee that they’re now collecting is insane since I just heard about it. Also the Manager for these facility is rude and clueless had to always go out my way to contact insurance to clear all the copayments my kids had with three insurances and my other ones with two insurances. When they gave me the so call bills and I provided them to my insurance they had different dates. Made no sense always finding a way to try to charge me something. Waiting time sucks! Be ready to wait up 2 hrs!! It's not worth the wait for sure! Theres other places where you can get the same care with great doctors. If you value your time I suggest you find another place.
