It's not the same office it was 5 years ago when I started coming. There seems to be issues with referrals, scheduling, and overall communication. The doctor himself has been good. I can't keep overlooking the mistakes happening that are outside of the doctor's role. It's resulted in delay treatment of my kids. Tara was amazing and I never had hiccups with referrals or appointments until I noticed she wasn't there. I'm not sure if it a coincidence or it's a result of her not there anymore. Last Time I visited the office, It felt as if the Dr. Rushed through the exam and had almost no answers to any of my concerns, he acted as if he never met my children before. Time for a new Dr.Office..
Very happy with this pediatrician doctor and staff are really friendly very patient very helpful
Came in yesterday with the two littles who were excited and didn’t want to sit quietly in the waiting room. Luckily we got called back quickly and had our own room. Eye and hearing exams done quickly, height and weight too. When the dr came he was friendly happy and the kids loved to see him. Med students did the milestone questions which they both met and then we were off. Also my son left his Spider-Man hat there ages ago and i saw it at check in and they gave us !
