I used to take all 5 of my kids here. They're great, for neurotypical children. I tried to tell them for years my daughter has autism and my son has adhd but they didn't send me to a specialist and instead blew me off every year. I transferred my children to Nationwide Children's who took my concerns seriously. I was right. My children were not able to get help they needed for years. Also the receptionist refused to fill out a physical form i needed for school, unless I got the flu shot at their clinic. Nevermind my kids had... read more

You guys refused to let us PAY for my niece visit . She was in a gap without insurance . She’s one year old . SHES PRONE TO SEIZURES AND HAS BEEN SICK AS A DOG FOR A WHILE ! She is also behind on shots because of this . What a Joke . MY SISTER OFFERED TO PAY OUT OF POCKET AND YOU WOULD NOT LET HER ! She also has pink eye and needs medication . HOW DO YOU SEND AWAY A SICK BABY WHEN WE ARE WILLING TO PAY ! We will be switching drs . This is ridiculous.
