All 4 of my kids go here and we've had nothing but good service my kids love dr. Backus he's a very good doctor and all of the his other doctors and nurses I have nothing but respect for them
My mother started bringing my oldest brother (46) to Backes before my youngest brother (43) & myself (39) were even born, and now Backes & his staff have seen all of my mother's kids, grandkids, most of her great grandkids, cousin's, niece's, nephew's, & even some friends. In my eyes there is not better pediatric doctor's or staff then at Kiddie West.
Love dr. Backes my daughter just turned two and when she was born she was in the nicu for a day or two and dr. Backes was her dr. Then and still is he is great with kids and always has an answer for our questions. All the staff is very friendly and everything is very clean Alexa loves the fish tank. Wait times are a little long but he is such a great doctor I don't care lol.
Dr. Backes was my pediatrician when I was a child birth to 18 years old. Now he as well as the other doctors care for my children. Although the wait can be long I have noticed that the amount of time has reduced greatly. These are all great doctors who work hard to care for your children. It doesn't stop there, from the front office team, to the medical assistants, everyone is there with a smile and the over all focus of caring for our children. I have recommended several new patients to this office.
