Very disspointed with Kiddy Kuts I called Kiddy Kuts two weeks ago. They did not. Respond back to the message I left. Called back on 01/14/2011 to plan a party for my daughter the lady name Erica was suppose to email me the party package, well am still waiting
Terrible Service Please keep in mind that we drove 25 miles to this salon and told this to the receptionist and stylist.
weekend styles I would first say that I do like the service that my child receive when she do go,,but I believe that the shop should be able to certain styles (box braids) on the weekend and not just the week day when the kids are in school.
not a good place my name is elajah im 10 years old ive been goig to kiide cuts alot and i noticed everytime i come back from kidde cuts my hair is shorter! i loved my hair is was down to my upper stomach! and now i stoped going now, and my hair just finally reaches my back!! Disappointed Terrible experience in Calumet City. Stylist called and asked to cut my daughters ends and they were not cut when I took her hair down. Service was terrible. Not polite receptionist
Expensive But Great I think it is a great place for kids i have been takin my 2 gurls here for 2years now and they love it,it cost alot 60+ for some braids are alot but it some times is worth it.i would send any one kid there because when they leave they will be so happy.Thats why im on my way there now....
FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS NOT APPRECIATED I visited the Calumet City location and had a terrible experience. My husband and I brought our son in for a hair cut. The receptionist stated that we had two heads in front of us. We waited for an hour and watched the two children who were ahead of our son leave. Right when the second child was finished a repeat customer came in and she was whisked in front of our son by the receptionist. Of course, we left and took our business elsewhere. LOVE IT!!! I have been going to Kiddie Kuts for years. Recently I started going to their new location in Calumet City near River Oaks Mall. This location is awesome! Everyone is very pleasant and professional and makes my children feel great from the moment that they walk in the door. I am also grateful for their efforts in having to comb hair and tend to children that have massive amounts of hair and don't like getting it combed. Some Stylists Are Unprofessional! I have been going to the Kiddie Kuts Salons (Hyde Park and Calumet City) for about 4 years. I think that they do an excellent job on the children's hair. I did go to the salon in Calumet City and one of the stylists was unprofessional. She mentioned in front of my daughter that her friend's mother does not tip. She and another stylist were discussing their business in front of my 10 year old. I find that the atmosphere at the salon in Hyde Park is more professional.
