Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Does the pediatrician get upset when you seek a second opinion? Not at all. They encouraged second opinions Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Does this pediatrician emphasize preventative care, such as child safety and nutrition? They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Were you able to relax during your appointment? Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child? Yes, and my child loves them! Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Sometimes, but most of the time they don't Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! Does the pediatrician interact with both you and your child during appointments? Absolutely! They respect my child's individuality and always address both of us Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? I think so

It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.
