First, my daughter hated this dentist. She would scream and cry every time we went. The last time she was took there, she had some fillings done. My daughter ended up with a HUGE HOLE in the bottom of her mouth under her tongue from being stabbed my some sort of electric tool. He never informed me of what happened and I was standing right there with her. My son has been going here for years.Some of them know him by first name which makes him feel more comfortable.We wouldn't go anywhere else!!

I take my kids to the Kid Smiles in Asheboro. The wait time is usually long. Some of the workers have had attitudes with the small children. And forget about calling and getting a reply! You can't leave voicemail and expect anyone to answer.
What is a purpose of having an appointment and they can't keep it going right. Everytime we come here we are stuck here for over 2 hrs or so. When u get here u have to wait forever to get call back. Getting really irritated with this place. Zach has a appt at 10 and be is not back there. They told me it could be awhile before he does. This place is really getting ridiculous bc I have been here all the time over 4 hrs. Omg!
Took my daughter there. They tied her down in the chair and pulled two teeth without letting the numbing take hold. All the while telling me I had to go sign for them to be able to pull them. I got to the receptionist and promptly heard my daughter screaming from across the building. By the time I raced back they were done. Seriously no more than 2 minutes from time of shot to done. It's been a couple weeks and I'm still fuming!
I took both of my children ages (4-2 years) to kids smile in asheboro my son was only getting sealants put on his teeth and he has a mark on his nose where they were leaning on his face hrs later , and my daughter was getting a filling he was extremely rough she didn't get her laughing gas and they made her sit in the Papoose for almost an hour and a half and her mouth was all cut up he mouth was full of blood I thought they was trying to pull a tooth... I will never go back.. people plz watch your children
