People were nice but service was slow. Young girl helping me seemed to be new. I ask that the birthday plant I wanted delivered on June 16th repeatedly but it arrived at the recipient a week early June 9th. BTW I was the only customer in the store.

Hi Jerry - I'm sorry for the date mix up. That was out of our delivery area and we sent that through the wire service to and Oklahoma City florist. I do see we have the 16th delivery date on it and that shop in Oklahoma City must've missed read it and delivered it a week early. I have contacted that shop to point out the mistake and I appreciate you being so understanding and sweet on the phone this morning.
I ordered flowers for a friend and they turned out exactly like the picture I ordered. Actually even better! The gerbera daisies are gorgeous, the roses are almost the same size as the gerberas and aren't even opened all the way yet and the lilies are flawless and there are more than I expected!! I will definitely be using Kickingbird Flowers & Gifts for all my floral needs and will highly recommend them to my friends!!
My husband is a flower sending guy so I'm lucky enough to receive them often 99% of the time he gets them from here! They are always beautiful and last so long!! And when I decided to wear a flower crown for my maternity photos they did a great job bringing my idea to life! I highly recommend them for all flower needs

I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday . Had no idea of who to use as I am from out of town. Polite employee that took my order. Delivered to my daughter next day. She sent a picture. Very pretty. I would definitely use them again
My friend from out of town sent me a bouquet of flowers from Kickingbird Flowers. The worst quality ever. The roses never bloomed and the few flowers that were in the vase wilted after just a few days. I took bouquet back to show them the poor quality. They said it was only good for 3-4 days. My friend was appalled that she spent $100.00 on something that was didn't last even 4 days.
I recently used Kickingbird Flowers to have flowers sent to a dear friend at MD Anderson in Houston, Tx that has been going thru 6 weeks of radiation. I called on a Saturday not knowing if I could get the order in in time to be delivered Saturday or Monday. Kickingbird was so professional and helpful. The flowers were delivered Saturday and I received the sweetest text from my friend saying how beautiful the flowers were and they made her day. I've used them numerous times over the years and I've always been extremely happy and satisfied with the customer service and quality of flowers. Great prices as well! You won't be disappointed!!!
My family and friends have been using Kickingbird for almost 20 years and everytime I get the delivery it's always better than I hoped for or imagined. They take great pride in their product and service is terrific. Debbie, Kim and the rest of the staff are always super helpful and make sure I stay in budget. Best flower shop in Edmond and possibly the whole state. I live in Texas but much of my family is still in the OKC area so I have the utmost trust they will ensure I send something special.
