We purchased a 2025 Sportage X-Line in January and took it for the first maintenance on February 24. We were told the first maintenance is free and the KIA app also read that it was a pre-paid maintenance. I purchased my vehicle on 9/17/24 and I have had issue after issue with this car… First issue occurred within a month of having the car. (No oil in car) I returned to service and found out that the car had a recall and would have to drive until motor blew to have it repaired. Went to KIA East, Louisville, KY, for a recall, they could not help, they just gave us a phone number to call also no help. They just did other work on the car that was not authorized. Pd foe the work to get the car cause they said engine had no warrant. Payment didn't clear, later rec'd letter about payment, tried to call Service Manager for 2wks with no contact, even left a voice message with no call back. I went in this dealership to look at a ***** Pilot because I need to tow a travel trailer. The car was too expensive, so the salesman told me he had a **** that would tow 5,000lbs, come to find out the car does not tow 5,000 lbs. My deal is so upside down from price gouging I can't go to another dealership. The GSM told me they would make this right, today he told me he has only one deal and tough luck to me. DO NOT TRUST this dealership, they are there to SELL at any cost to the CUSTOMER. They don't deserve one star.

Customer service at this location new Lagrange Road is absolutely disgusting! My engine is going out in my 2016 Kia optima which I am fully covered under the warranty and they are declining to fix it. Some of the problems my car was having they did not check any of those issues they totally ignored them. I spoke with Kia consumer affairs and they indicated to Me that my car should be covered but for some reason at the dealership they want to deny it this place is a complete joke

Worst experience ever. Made appointment to buy vehicle, arrived 45 minutes early and all of sudden after a 30 minute delay (left waiting) the car mysteriously was sold. Not a reputable business at all. Very shady.

Disgusted with the employees here. The finance manager, Jason argued with me and my mother over the phone for 20 minutes because his employee lied to us. His replies were "well, she didn't directly lie to you. And that's all I care about." I sent an email to the store manager telling her that we didn't want to be in the same room as this guy again and what had happened…She asked to call but never did. Purchased a vehicle almost two months ago. I still have not received my permanent license plate. They have not sent the title to the dmv. I was not able to drive my vehicle for almost two weeks because my temporary tag expired and they were slow getting me another. Customer service is rude and hesitant to assist in this problem.
