Ihave recently moved to Maitland,before this I did regluar servicing with other Kia service centre . No issues previously .Here in Maitalnd Kia service , even after the previous major servicing , inconvincingly asked me to do it again . When i requested for car loan to go to work , I needed to pay which I have never done. I might be wrong , but I felt its very good money ripping services .

Wouldn’t let me read the paper work I signed , offered to chuck my recall paper out..not even sure if my part was completed because about 4 people came in for the same part same time…everywhere I rang for that recall I got told they’d need the entire day they said half an hour so I went with it…have contacted for copy of the signed paperwork but no answer
Shout out to all staff involved on a Kia that needed major warranty work to the motor. Got stuck into it and had it back after a week. Thank you all
