This was by far the easiest time I ever had buying a car. I wanted a new car, but didnt know if I could get one. My salesman, Anthony (That's Craaazy guy from the commercials) ws awesome! Totally straightforward, no typical car dealership games. I ended up driving home with a BRAND NEW KIA!!! I will be a customer for Life!!
Nice and easy experience. My daughter was able to get alot of information from Mike B. the salesguy. Then she test drove a bunch of different cars at the dealership, and he helped her narrow it down to a few. A few days later we drove into town and went with her to the dealership to see what they had to show us. Everything they told my daughter stayed the same and we were very happy to be able to buy her the car she wanted. Kia of West Chester should have been my first, last and only stop on Saturday when I was out car shopping - they have the largest selection of new Kia's to choose from (plus I found out that they have another Kia dealership only 20 minutes away with even more new Kia's!). The salesman that sold me the car was great. Basically an in and out procedure. The whole process took two hours tops! Had a maintenance issue a month later and the dealership screwed me over. Was completely schocked since I had such a positive car buying experience. I can honestly say I will never again buy a KIA let alone go back to Kia of West Chester.
