spent 4 hrs trying to get a service person on the phone. i recorded message on all three advisers phone s but to no avail i guess your not interested in the. results of adding a liquid the show up a oil leak . ill call gm monday possibly they are interested,a return call would have been a common curtesy. also on my last visit your people got oil all over my headliner THANKS

My experience with Kia of West chester was great. The salesman were friendly and very willing to help. Everyone at Kia goes above and beyond to make you happy and do the best they can to try and make ends meet. Overall great experience! I would recommend Kia of West Chester!
Being young, with no credit and no co-signer, I wasn't expecting much help when going to a car dealer. In fact, other dealers (even other Kias) I called after speaking to Kia of West Chester didn't even try to work with me. But starting when I first walked in, Dan was very cheerful and helpful with explaining the different options that were available to me. Dan and the team happily worked with my time frame and budget, and I am very happy with both my new car and the customer service I received. Highly recommended!
I went to get a car refinanced and they lied to me, asked me to submit false DMV papers to a bank in order to get financing, they altered my credit application without my knowledge and presented it to a bank for financing, they FORGED my signature on a Release of Liability Form and submitted it to DMV to gain title to my vehicle, They backdated the Sales Contract in violation of law, they lied to the bank and submitted knowingly false information to the bank in order to obtain financing. Dropped our Kia off for 22500 service however Leigh suggested we do the 15000 instead because of things the 22500 doesn't do. He took me out to the car, explained everything and asked me if I had any other questions or concerns. Very nice and friendly guy.
The team provided excellent customer service and helped answer all of my questions. I felt that Dan took extra time to build a relationship and identify my needs and concerns. I did not feel pressured to buy a car that day but was very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this dealer.
The staff was very helpful and patient during the process of the sale. They make sure the customer's experience is a good one.
Fantastic service Anthony was a gem. Patient curtious warm great personality. He made sure it was a smooth and easy transition.I was suprised I went home with my new car that day and didn't spend the entire day waiting around.Great service!!!
