Dropped our Kia off for 22500 service however Leigh suggested we do the 15000 instead because of things the 22500 doesn't do. He took me out to the car, explained everything and asked me if I had any other questions or concerns. Very nice and friendly guy.
The team provided excellent customer service and helped answer all of my questions. I felt that Dan took extra time to build a relationship and identify my needs and concerns. I did not feel pressured to buy a car that day but was very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this dealer.

Very friendly staff. Chris needs to get a little more familiar with hybrids, but was overall familiar with Optima and history of Kia. A little confusion over final price of vehicle, but all was resolved and I was satisfied with the outcome. I would definitely recommend dealership to others. Fair pricing and very helpful sales crew.
