I thought that the overall atmosphere was high-pressure, trying to get me to buy right away, add on maintenance packages, etc. I made it quite clear on both visits that I was still considering my options and did not want to "make a deal" at that time. I was pressured into putting down a deposit and then had a horrible experience trying to get my deposit back (which I eventually did, after much hassle.) I like the Kia cars, but was completely soured on Kia by my experience with the dealership. That's really too bad.
Everyone was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Never did I feel like I was dealing with "car salesmen" and I wasn't ever afraid they were pulling one over on me. Trusted those who I spoke with. Great experience!
I had exceptional service from the time I came to the dealership to the time I left. All my questions were answered and jas helped me get the best rate possible.
Dan was very friendly as well as the other staff members. Dan worked with me to get me the deal I wanted. I drove away with a beautiful new Kia. I will recommend Kia of West Chester to my family and friends. Dan made me very comfortable and I left with a sense of accomplishment. I do not feel like I was not taken advantage of at all. Overall is was a very pleasant experience.
The service provided was very good relative to the cost of service.
Work was completed on time, staff were very friendly, and overall experience was very good. Routine service, such as oil change is more expensive than local garages, so that is not conducive to me making the effort to bring the car to the dealership.
Brought a car from them. 2 months later had car problems and said nothing they could do, that it was on me. Kia is a bad company
Chris gave me an exceptional deal on a new Kia Optima. He was great at understanding where I needed to be and provided me exactly what I was looking for.
The whole experience was terrific!! Everyone was very nice and attentive! Andrew was very thorough amd helpful and knowledgable. They did exactly what I asked. I will definately refer people.
