We purchased a 2018 Optima, had it a little over a year and the check engine light came on and would not accelerate over 60mph. My car has been at Riverchase Kia for two weeks now to be serviced and nothing has been fixed. I've called numerous times and either no one answers or they don't have any updates on the status of my car. My service advisor, Christopher M*******, has not reached out to me in any form regarding my car and he said that "I should know to call him." If there was zero stars I would give them that. The manager of the service department, Brian, is extremely rude and unprofessional. We took our son's car In to have an oxygen sensor replaced. We were having no issues with the vehicle other than a light on. We got the vehicle back smelling and sounding like a go cart. They are trying to blame repairs that were performed at another workshop even though the work was inspected by them after it was completed.
