I got an used "Non-Kia" Minivan with them (Sep 11th), It was a 2017 Dodge with 137K Miles, so I obviously took it only with a extended warranty. After a bit more of a month(Oct 20th), the car started to make some noises and I took it back for diagnosis, they were so understaff that they took 8 weeks just to check it. (I made multiple calls just to confirm they haven't check it yet) While diagnosis (Dec 9th), they found out that my extended warranty was cancelled, by them! On Saturday, 11/20/21, I went in to get a quote and appointment to have the struts fixed on the back hatch of my Sorento. I was told the parts would be in on Monday morning, and it would cost me no more than $*** parts and labor. Set an appointment for 8 am on Monday. The parts were not available when I arrived, and I was told it would now cost me $***. We purchased a 2018 Optima, had it a little over a year and the check engine light came on and would not accelerate over 60mph. Called the dealership to see if they recommended driving it since I was over an hour from home and was told just to be safe. Was originally told the it would be up to 14days to have the vehicle repaired then later told that was just to diagnose it. My car has been at Riverchase Kia for two weeks now to be serviced and nothing has been fixed. I've called numerous times and either no one answers or they don't have any updates on the status of my car. My service advisor, Christopher M*******, has not reached out to me in any form regarding my car and he said that "I should know to call him." If there was zero stars I would give them that. The manager of the service department, Brian, is extremely rude and unprofessional. We took our son's car In to have an oxygen sensor replaced. We were having no issues with the vehicle other than a light on. We got the vehicle back smelling and sounding like a go cart. They are trying to blame repairs that were performed at another workshop even though the work was inspected by them after it was completed.
