Seemed like a good bunch of people. Took all day to buy a car (simple trade, no loan).Had to pay unpaid taxes from previous owner to register the car. ****** offered to pay but never followed through.Car had numerous issues. Dealer will not call me back to resolve. Local Kia ****** in ********** resolved one very quickly for me.Happy to revise the rating if the ****** will simply call me back and resolve the primary issue.

Bought a new car back in July, get into finance and the guy said I had to get extended warranty and service contract for the loan rate but said I could get it taken off if I decided I didn't want it. I have contacted the dealership at least 7-8 times since and they refuse to do anything, the finance guy is always busy or unavailable and his voicemail is always full, they say they'll leave a message for a return call but haven't received one yet.

One star is giving them entirety to much. The service department sux, they have had my 2020 ************* for 2 months and still no way of going !Have called many times and left messages with no return call even attempted worst customer service Ive ever seen. The device manager ******** is a complete jerk. Told him how we felt about the situation and instead of apologizing he make smart a** remarks. Told him we would never recommend Riverchase Kia to our worst enemy the only thing he said was ok.

Please put a ZERO star option on here. One star is being way too generous for Riverchase Kia.Here's part of my experience in a nutshell: Take the car in, pay $199 "diagnostics fee" that becomes questionable when it's being "applied" to the service cost. They replaced a starter that I already had replaced a few months back. The problem was still there. I was told by ********* the starter was NOT the problem. Of course he later denied saying that and charged me for a starter I didn't need. I threw a fit and that's when the dir... read more

This company does not practice professionalism. They lead the customer on for months thinking they will fix your car. I took my car to Kia Riverchase and they kept my car for over 70 days. I took my car to them on August 30, 2022 for the second time. They didn’t fix it the first time I took it in the end of July. I was told that they could fix it in September by Dylan then he said he ordered the part. Each time I called they were still waiting on the part. I am so disappointed with Riverchase Kia. My mother bought a new Kia from them a few years ago. She has had air conditioning problems ever since she has had the vehicle. She has taken the vehicle in multiple times, charged hundreds, been without a car for weeks on end and the air conditioner still is not working. She gets the runaround to what seems to be a warranty issue. The service manager never answers the phone and the voicemail is always full. Worst experience ever in purchasing a vehicle before I even got home with it heard a noise called them they told to bring it back the next morning after leaving it and 3 weeks of not hearing anything finally got ahold of someone went back and forth finally 3 1/2 months later I took the car to another Kia dealership to find out Riverchase had tried to cover up a mistake they made which made my car very dangerous to drive 4 months later I finally have my car fixed by another dealership. By far the worst experience ever!!! The engine in my 2016 Kia Sorrento died one month after my final payment. I had it towed to Riverchase Kia. I called them in excess of 5 times over the course of a few months with no finalized information than the time before. I also told them that my husband had died and that his number was a non working number. I got an used "Non-Kia" Minivan with them (Sep 11th), It was a 2017 Dodge with 137K Miles, so I obviously took it only with a extended warranty. After a bit more of a month(Oct 20th), the car started to make some noises and I took it back for diagnosis, they were so understaff that they took 8 weeks just to check it. (I made multiple calls just to confirm they haven't check it yet) While diagnosis (Dec 9th), they found out that my extended warranty was cancelled, by them!
