Would give them zero stars if it was an option. Ordered a new Carnival in August of 2021. At the time I had them look at my vehicle for trade-in. Their offer was lower than what I wanted so I asked them for pricing without the trade in. They told me the vehicle would take 6-9 weeks. Heard nothing from them as to when the vehicle would arrive for months. Fast forward 8 months and I call them asking for an update. They tell me it'll be here within a few weeks. By far the worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. If I could, I would give them zero stars. If you enjoy extremely poor customer service and a horrific "business model" full of miscommunication, lack of ownership and accountability for their actions, then this place is for you! The WORST dealer experience ever. Ordered a brand new vehicle in September of 2021, they included a trade in value for our vehicle at that time (which we declined the trade in offer) and said we would just buy the vehicle outright and our vehicle was ordered. Fast forward to this month (4-2022) we get a notice from our salesman that our vehicle has arrived at the dealership and get an updated sales receipt which still has a trade in value on it. Purchased a Kia Carnival from them 6 month ago. At the time of purchase I purchased their top warranty that goes above and beyond 10 years standard warranty. Passenger side mirror was frozen and I tried to open it as I cannot drive the car with mirror in folded position. The mirror broke. Also driver side rear sunscreen was engaged and my kid opened the door. Somehow the curtain got stuck and broke. Dealership now says Kia does not authorize them to cover the repair costs. Terrible business from start to finish. Was lied to about everything when buying my car.Told i would get a spare. No spare. Price of car was changed without my knowledge. Service dept did shoddy work on paint chips. Was lied to about a recall on my car. Didnt order part when i brought car in. Then told i would have to bring it back. When i asled to talk to service manager, Madlyn said i guess they would fix it.Why the lies?? Worst experiences with service and customer satisfaction and I sold my Kia Soul because I never want to be harassed by them to get a new battery when I don’t need it, or to have to deal with the 3 issues I had in 2 months.

Run the other way!!!! Window stickers are removed to where you have to ask about the car options and then you are lied to!!! Called the bank letting them know what went down and I was told it could be rolled back and pick out a different car that has the missing options, Scott & Cody at Kia St Cloud even said they could do this...until we voiced being upset then it was basically screw you, you now own a car you don't want and it hasn't even been 24 hours, Scott passed the deal off to Cody and Cody said it had the options and... read more

Wow! The sticker was right in the side window of the vehicle just like all the other new vehicles. The sticker was not removed until we cleaned the car for delivery, then it was put in the glove box per our process. She kept asking if the car had keyless entry, it does. Apparently what she meant was auto-start. She never asked about auto start until after the deal. Our sales rep Cody did mis-speak about fog lights. That didn't seem to be an issue. This review is completely regarding the finance department. Giving this team of people one star is being very generous. I purchased brand new vehicles from Kia of St. Could. The first purchase was NOT problem free - but, I thought I would give them another chance. I spend several hours in the finance dept. and finally agreed to the GAP Insurance.
