Not the best Experience we were there almost 6 hours worked with the internet department didn't get what I was told I could get. Didn't realize they could not get the one I wanted. Then the one we got has small Scratches on car when they washed it. Very unhappy they would not give us a different one. Would not go to this dealer again.���
I went in on Monday with an appointment to do my oil change and it was the worst experience!! Took them 2:30 to do it! I
Tried to charge my daughter $300 for unnecessary work. Thankfully she has an experienced mechanic she trusts who told her she did not need to have the "suggested" work done. Sad to think of how many unsuspecting, trusting customers they cheat because the customer believes the service department knows best. Unethical cheating at its worst!
I loved them they made me feel great and it was fast and painless i recommend them
Kia of Orange is a pain in the ass to deal with. My experience with them was terrible... and it keeps getting worse. I was told when I traded in my last leased vehicle that no more payments would need to be made... yet a payment was still posted several days later from my account. and on top of this I was told that I would have no payments due for my vehicle for 2 months... well guess who just got a statement with a payment due... avoid Kia of Orange. Kia makes a good car, but this dealership has been the bane of my existenc... read more
