Bought car in December 2017. They were offering a promotion that I would not have my first payment until March 20. Have a clearly signed contract stating this and my first bill came in February 24th stating the same info. They said it's not true and I owe them back payments. Now they want to send me to collections. Ridiculous! Stay away guys dont give them your business!!!
Kia of Orange , and more specifically my saleswomen Ily, was so wonderful in helping me with my first car purchase! I felt comfortable through the entire process and trust that choosing them was the best choice! If you’re there I highly recommend Ily!
It was an exceptional experience for me. Diana my salesperson was amazing! I loved how she was so kind and related to the actual buyer. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I’m telling all my family and friends about how much I loved the service and how they treat people. Thank you for helping me, I had to many dealerships before this and my experiences were terrible. I hope that the service continues when bribing my car in for actual service!
Went to go get a oil change and when they were done with my car they come out with my car and tell me don't turn off your car it won't start again tell me I need a new battery. I have never had a problem with my battery the whole year I have had the car so I made them fix it turns out they drained my battery smh
They do not follow through on what they say they will do - they do not return calls, they are awful
Great Deals !! Great Location, and a giant selection
Found car on True Car website with the CU. Dealership refused to sell car without a 2k warranty plan for dents and interior fix. Said all cars sold HAD to be sold with (optional at other dealerships) this ridiculous warranty. Calling True Car and BBB today.
Bunch of shady people. Used to be VW of Orange, but I guess people caught on. Same corporation still owns this place, same people still work there. DON'T BUT ANY VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. We have been screwed over and I know at least one person that these low lives have tried to f*ck over.
