Trash customer service, beware they spot sell. Overall trash experience. Make sure you read up on lemon laws and stay away from this dealer. Damaged my credit not paying off my trade in on time, cashed my down payment early. Tried to manipulate and deceive through the entire financial process. Andy Garcia and his boss Ace are fraudulently selling vehicles in the finance department. And let's make note of all the times I was hung up on by alleged managers. Can wait to see them in court. It will be fun.
I made a cash offer for a Kia forte I initially inquired about a sale they had where they had a special on this dealer ,they removed the post they never admitted to not having such sale, deceitful and or false advertising but nothing new to expect from a dealer, I get a call and text Sunday 5/6/18 so decide to inquire a cash price for a 2015 forte ,used car , internet salesman Rick/ Ricky the worst experience ,take your business elsewhere ,you'll be glad in the end,I am posting the conversation on social media for your amuse... read more
