Trash customer service, beware they spot sell. Overall trash experience. Make sure you read up on lemon laws and stay away from this dealer. Damaged my credit not paying off my trade in on time, cashed my down payment early. Tried to manipulate and deceive through the entire financial process. Andy Garcia and his boss Ace are fraudulently selling vehicles in the finance department. And let's make note of all the times I was hung up on by alleged managers. Can wait to see them in court. It will be fun.
I went in on Monday with an appointment to do my oil change and it was the worst experience!! Took them 2:30 to do it! I
Tried to charge my daughter $300 for unnecessary work. Thankfully she has an experienced mechanic she trusts who told her she did not need to have the "suggested" work done. Sad to think of how many unsuspecting, trusting customers they cheat because the customer believes the service department knows best. Unethical cheating at its worst!
I loved them they made me feel great and it was fast and painless i recommend them
Kia of Orange is a pain in the ass to deal with. My experience with them was terrible... and it keeps getting worse. I was told when I traded in my last leased vehicle that no more payments would need to be made... yet a payment was still posted several days later from my account. and on top of this I was told that I would have no payments due for my vehicle for 2 months... well guess who just got a statement with a payment due... avoid Kia of Orange. Kia makes a good car, but this dealership has been the bane of my existenc... read more
