We bought a car from them and we haven't owned it two years and we need a new engine! I need to find out who the owner was.
They're closed, and I guess I am not surprised! We had a terrible buying experience that involved trading in a car, having to go back 3 times to sign the contract, having to call them to find out where my statement was after a couple of months, to having to get yet another car. Sales person lied about my deal. I purchased the extra care and when I try to make a claim the extra protection was never activated.
I recently purchased a Kia Sorento from this dealership which I completely love. I had 5 other dealerships working with getting me the best price and at the end this one along with another one were close to equal. The ONLY reason I came here was because of RICKY. He has the most exceptional customer service. He was patient, prompt and understanding with us. I will recommend going to him if you want great service. THANK YOU RICKY!!!

Rude employees who act like they’re bothered when you approach asking for help with your vehicle
I got really upset because I just bought this car last month and it was having mechanical problems already. But I just found out that it’s covered by the Kia warranty! Plus there was some minor recalls they already fixed in the one day they have had the car. What a relief! Way to go Kia of Orange! Awesome service Steven! I am definitely taking my Kia Soul EV to Kia of Orange to be serviced. It is so hard to find a great reliable mechanic.
