Best dealership experience in Central *******. I have purchased two cars there. After getting the runaround at several *** dealerships in ************, someone told me to check some out of city dealerships and I ended up with ************************* at Kia Of Muncie. After Tuesday’s visit Kia of Muncie will not receive any business from me or those I know. After spending over a month to get a recall appointment I finally was able to get one. When it was scheduled I was told it would take two hours. I arrived at 10:00am, my scheduled appointment time. The service tech when I checked in said my car would not be finished until closer to 3:00pm.
