i recently had some work done here at kia in key west! franklin’s friendly customer service and efficiency made for a great experience! i will continue to use kia and franklin for any car needs!!
My family normally has a great experience at Kia. We have had Kia’s since 2012 and have gone through several including an optima, forte, sportage, sorento, and currently a carnival. Our Kia’s have had minimal issues since we take our cars for regular maintenance and their service department handles everything great. Most recently I had a flat tire out of no where and I called another business to come to my job for convenience to fix it however they never showed up after calling a few times. Unfortunately I had the worst experience at their service department. Stuff is friendly but When I dropped my car off for a service mentioned the problems which are the noise coming from the tire and tire pressure light. They told me they will need to change tires and recommend axle replacement. I told them if it is going to fix the problem it’s ok. A week later I picked up my car.
