Ever since Franklin Castillo left the service has become completely unbearable. I used to love bringing my car here but now it’s a nightmare, I just got off the phone with the service team who lied to me about issues with the car. To tell me I have a dead battery after having just tested the battery before bringing it to them is foul. We used to get good service from this dealer. I don't know if ownership or the service manager has changed but in the last few months we have had horrible service. Didn't order parts for recall after requested repeatedly. Now when calling either they don't answer or they transfer us to service and they don't answer. This has been going on for months. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
Stanley went above and beyond to help me today. A light had come on in my van and I was very worried that there was something wrong with my car. Stanley gave me his cell phone number and we communicated via Facetime to solve the issue. It was a very simple fix. He was patient with me and assured me that all was well. I am grateful for Stanley's help and patience with me. I know that I am in good hands with Kia of Key West!
The salesperson was excellent, I don’t think the minor issues I had were related to your sales department. Those were management decisions. I hope your service department is as good as your sales department. Thank you
