I have been in my car for over 30 minutes waiting for someone from the service department to help me. There's only one other car here.
I just took my car for its 5000 mile maintenance. The service was quick, professional and efficient. My car was done in under 2 hours.

I've bought 4 brand new Kia's from this establishment, Never again. Since new owners took over over a year ago the service, treatment and quality has gone into the gutter. Treated like I owe them for my patronage and dismissed for my concerns. It's a shame that a once great business has fallen to this Key West monopoly on car dealers, it's all one very bad experience that they could care less about because it's all the same, not customer friendly after you purchase a vehicle. Worth the trip to Miami and that says so much.
This experience was honestly very frustrating. I was told to bring my vehicle in at 11:15, and I arrived a bit early since I had another nearby appointment within walking distance. For an oil change and alignment, I typically expect the visit to take about 60–90 minutes. After arriving, I was informed that you were short three mechanics and that the service could take around three hours.
