The service department at KIA is fast & efficient.
We carpool. Busy schedules. Car was scheduled on Friday for all 4 rotors and brakepads, ATF change, weather strips, and a new sensor. Never, not once had we gotten a call for any of the parts being available. Dropped it off 5 AM. Put key in the drop box with our info. No one called, thank God we did because they didn't even know the car was parked in the service area (???). Got a follow-up call starting with 'we missed' the appointment. We got a flat tire right before an 8-hour drive, and they completely saved our trip. Stanley went out of his way to fit us in on short notice and made sure the tire was replaced within two days. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication were exceptional. Can’t thank Stanley and the Keys Auto Center team enough!
