Kia of Greer sold my Dad a pre owned vehicle with low miles and in great condition. My Dad lives in Cincinnati, Ohio and got a much better deal from the BIG BOYS "kia Of Greer" We think they are the best!!! The staff is great and they work professionally. Kia of Greer has outstanding performance.
I purchased my 2007 Chevrolet Suburban LT from Ken Jermond, and I absolutely love it. I needed a black Suburban for my business. Kia of Greer located one for me and then got it to me the very next day. Now that's what I call great customer service!!
I had a very good experience with all involved. A couple of things bothered me. After I had made an appointment, I made it very clear that I would not be able to put any money down. When the deal was in the making, I was asked for $5000.00 down. When I reminded them I had been very clear about not be able to put money down, I was asked if I could put $2000.00 down (since I would be getting money back for my extended warranty) and again I said I could not. This was our second purchase of a Kia product. Our buying experience this time was actually enjoyable. Can't say that about too many automotive purchases. Christine was wonderful. Best sales person we've ever worked with. New dealership is very nice. Have not had our first oil change yet, but have been told the service department and customer service is very good as well.

I went online, and tried shopping at my local dealership for a new Optima. When I visited our Kia store, the sales rep I was working with online was not the same as I had to see.
