We put $1000 down on a car in mid October that they said was being delivered that weekend. When it was not after 2 weeks we went up there because we liked the 2023 Kia Seltos they had listed on their site. We purchased this vehicle on 10/30/22 for $10,000 more than MSP. We understand the car shortage and still wanted it. We were given 1 key FOB and advised that Kia themselves sends them the second key FOB after sale and they would mail it to us. Bunch of pushy crooked people. I was thinking about buying a 2022 Stinger GT2 from them. I talked to a salesman, who was barely an adult and didn't impress me at all, but he was nice. They would not budge on 3.5% interest financing, and wanted $5,000 over MSRP. I told them to take their deal and shove it. I ended up getting my Stinger from Elhart Kia in Holland, MI, who treated me right and I paid slightly less than MSRP, along with 0.9% financing.
