I dont reccomend Kia of Gastonia or Kia in and of itself for many reasons. First, they lied to be about being able to switch over from a lease to a purchase within 3 months due to me moving out of state and finances would be in much better shape. That may sound gullible to some but I believed what Marvin (the salesman at the dealership) At any rate, 3 months later I went into another dealership to purchase it only to find I had fallen his lies. Horrible company! Rude customer service and shady practices. Just google Kia of Gastonia and read a Gaston Gazette article. Do not do business there!
Absolutely horrid and discriminatory business practices and service. I’m appalled this dealership is even allowed to stay open and operate.
Why is this place still open? Fraudulent business practices are rampant. Sales department is all over the news reports. Service is no better, my wife just got charged 350.00 for a last minute battery replacement when her Kia broke down. No one ever even bothered to give an estimate before replacement but wanted to discount repair 10.00 afterwards because they know what they are doing is bad. Run away and maybe this poor example for a business in our community will close and go away.
