Terrible service. Went in to lease a vehicle and was told it would be in in 3-6 days. That turned into two weeks. When they finally called to say it was in, I drove all the way in from DC to pick it up, they gave me the key to sit in the vehicle and get comfortable with my new car, and when I went back in to sign the papers, another couple was seen getting in the same car and driving away! The GM told me "first come, first served" and they were here first so it was no longer ours. How on Earth can a business operate that way... read more
We recently purchased our daughter her very first car, the 2020 Kia Soul has everything we were looking for and more! The team at Kia Of Bowie went out of their way to make sure that the purchase went smoothly and everything was handled professionally with a smile. I personally want to thank Eric Johnson, Steve Hurline, John Relosa, and last but not least Jennie Park for taking care of me and my family. You guys are the greatest!
Have no clue how to provide service to customers after the sale. God help you if you have an intermittent problem. Can't service it unless it is happening but can't diagnose it promptly enough to catch the problem. Refuse to fit you in while the intermittent problem is happening so it can be diagnosed. Pathetic.
We loved our experience at Kia of Bowie. We were buying our first car, really apprehensive about the process (frankly we were ready to get ripped off...) but worked with Kevin and he was absolutely PHENOMENAL start to finish! RecommendedI baught my first car yesterday. I went to and talked to a total of 4 dealerships and none could beat the price Jennie Park at Kia of Bowie eventually gave me. Her and Errol were professional, enjoyable to be around and a pleasure to do business with. I definitely recommend them.
