They are unethical, immoral, improper, and all around disgraceful and dishonest. I felt disregarded and disrespected from the beginning. I was LIED to more than once, rushed through paperwork ultimately screwing myself, and didn’t even sign or get informed of things important and nessessary. I do know about others experience, but Joshua Ruiz is a great salesperson. Honest, fair, to the point.
We will never shop here again! The salesmen saw a young couple walking in the door and immediately went to work trying to sucker us. They actually laughed out loud at our budget (we knew it was small but had researched and knew we could find what we needed for the price). We said we wanted a used vehicle and one salesman actually looked me in the eye and said, "I have 5 daughters so I'm only thinking of your safety when I say you should be looking at a new car."
