Re:Kia Prescott ARNP I’ve been a patient at JTHC for almost a decade. Ctr informed me that per insurance guidelines, a patient can’t request any diagnostic treatment or prescriptions at their annual visit or the ins won’t cover the visit. For this reason I scheduled an appt just for birth ctrl & one for annual. This lady refuses to give me refills because I still have one refill left and I should ask for BC at my annual. Mind you, the health center told me exactly otherwise. Also, VERY condescending and patronizing.
