I scheduled a service appt for my wife’s car for a recall: easy. I called to confirm my appt and spoke with Jacob. While confirming the reason for the visit, he asked me for the VIN. Turns out my wife’s vehicle had at least 5 recalls, lol. Jacob rescheduled the appt to give them time to obtain the “additional” parts needed: easy and next date was quick! I got the vehicle in and wait time was not even 5 minutes after I pulled up to the service dept. Austin was there to greet me and told me the vehicle actually had 7 recalls.�... read more
Probably the most comfortable new car buying experience in my 67 years of life. No pressure if you don't qualify for a loan you don't they don't waste your time they give you suggestions how to get to where you need to be so you can get the car you want, no haggling, no after sale jerking around with finance... If I ever buy another new car I'm totally going back to these people say hi to Saul when you see him in sales and ask the finance manager about Walt's office!
