willie joe etlinger Barbara and my self just purchased a car from Victory Kia through Veronica Nunez on August 14 2016. She is a good sales person. She knows her information on cars. I would recommend her. She is very helpful. She will tell you the truth.
I was so happy to purchase my first ever brand new car on my own! During the purchasing process they were great. But now they don't care at all. I have been trying to schedule service and can't seem to get a call back. I even tried to schedule online with zero success. Guess once they have your signature they are finished with you. I would never be able to recommend this dealership knowing how they treat customers.
Well!! I didn't know that my cruise contol and my BRAKE LIGHTS were controlled by the same sensor. When my cruise quit working over a month ago I just figured,ok, almost 90,000 miles, I can live without it. Until a gentleman stopped to tell me today that my brake lights were not working and suddenly the connection in my head was made! I made a bee line for the kia dealer with my friend Bobbi following behind me. It was fixed this afternoon. I've been one lucky woman!
Everyone there is very personable! Myself and my daughter were placed with the most experienced, full of life Sales Rep, named Sallie Hajek. Even with barriers, this girl will find a way to help you! My daughter and I have never had a experience like this, they also go thru the vehicle with you from top to bottom to help learn your car. It's a special experience. If I run across someone looking for a Kia/Hundai product - I will send them to Sallie! Things do happen for a reason

Terrible customer service. Say anything to make a deal and then once the deal is done try to make changes and blame it on the new guy who didn't know what he was talking about. Salesmen disrespectful after the fact. Go somewhere else!!!
I can't say enough good things about this dealership, especially Sallie Hajek! Sallie helped us every step of the way. Not only did she answer all of our questions without hesitation but she also took her time working with us and made sure we were more than satisfied! I can honestly say I left Victory Kia with a new car and a new outlook on car salesmen/women!
