My car has been at Kia for over a month. Everyone that I have had to interact with has been unprofessional at some point. Taylor was my Advisor and she has been screening my calls and is refusing to take them most of the time. When I leave a voicemail I never receive a callback. Jennifer, her supervisor when I expressed my concerns told me Taylor is normally great. I guess as the one dealing with her I'm not supposed to know when I've been disrespected. Let me start off by saying that if I could give NO STARS, I would. You would think your car would be in good hands with this kind of dealership that brags that they are the best in WNC. I brought my car in for service due to recalls...NOT damage. However, when I went to pick it up following this service, I found that my car was damaged. On my 1st call to them, I was told they would look into what happened and call me back. I NEVER got a call back. WORST SERVICE EVER! I was told that a Telluride was coming in for me and Micheal C*** gave me an exact date and I put down a deposit. I wasn't told until late in the day they day it was supposed to arrive two weeks later that it did not arrive and he could not tell me when it would arrive. I spoke to the manger who didn't return my call for 3 days. After 3 weeks of waiting for this car and not being given a date that it would arrive I decided to buy elsewhere and ask them to refund my deposit. One week later my deposit was n... read more

Paramount unfortunately does not control the delivery time from the manufacturer. In estimating the time of shipment we can only use past history in that estimation. There are many factors in the process including the time that once the vehicle is released to be shipped an authorized transport is then scheduled to pick the vehicle and deliver to the dealer. So last month I bought a car from Paramount KIA of*********** The second or third day after having it, it breaks down. Had to tow it to the dealership and have it fixed. Apparently someone didn't plug in a hose so they "fixed it" quickly. Now I'm sitting here after my car broke down two days ago and they told me it's either cylinders or plugs. Recently we had a bad experience at this dealership and I have filed a complaint with consumer affairs and corporate office about what we went through in may on purchasing/ leasing a new Kia Soul and the stress they put us through1 terrible stressful experience we went through and no one has followed up with us or has taken this seriously and want some answers and resolution!
