WORST SERVICE EVER! I was told that a Telluride was coming in for me and Micheal C*** gave me an exact date and I put down a deposit. I wasn't told until late in the day they day it was supposed to arrive two weeks later that it did not arrive and he could not tell me when it would arrive. I spoke to the manger who didn't return my call for 3 days. Paramount unfortunately does not control the delivery time from the manufacturer. In estimating the time of shipment we can only use past history in that estimation. There are many factors in the process including the time that once the vehicle is released to be shipped an authorized transport is then scheduled to pick the vehicle and deliver to the dealer. So last month I bought a car from Paramount KIA of*********** The second or third day after having it, it breaks down. Had to tow it to the dealership and have it fixed. Apparently someone didn't plug in a hose so they "fixed it" quickly. Now I'm sitting here after my car broke down two days ago and they told me it's either cylinders or plugs. Paramount Kia has given ************ a loaner vehicle to drive and has fixed the vehicle she purchased at no charge to her. We do apologize for the inconvenience of the delay in resolving the mechanical problems with her purchase.
Recently we had a bad experience at this dealership and I have filed a complaint with consumer affairs and corporate office about what we went through in may on purchasing/ leasing a new Kia Soul and the stress they put us through1 terrible stressful experience we went through and no one has followed up with us or has taken this seriously and want some answers and resolution!
