I bought a 2022 *** K5 in Nov. of 2023. I received a recall on my car back in June 2024, the recall was for the gas tank expanding. My gas tank expanded and made my back seat pop up while I was driving down the interstate. I took it to paramount **** two days later they put me in a rental car fully covered through the dealership. Their service is terrible. The service person did not listen to our description of the problem. Insisted on a diagnostic test only to not identify the root cause of the problem. Last *** we will purchase. Car is now totally dead, must be towed at our expense. Who knows what they will tell us next or charge us.

I will never buy another car from this dealership again. I was paying cash for a van for my agency. I told them I only had a short time to complete the transaction. I had to sit and wait for over 1.5 before we could finish the transaction. I told them I had an important webinar I needed to be on. I missed the webinar. Terrible. My daughter can't even use her brand new car. They sent the plate to the wrong address.
****** should be fired!!!!! He messed up all the paperwork and paycheck stubs on my husbands income!!!! So another person took over and tried his hardest to straighten things out. Well after a month waiting my husband was told after the bank approved everything that the head people denied him. OkTHE BANK APPROVED AND IT WASNT MY HUSBAND FAULT THAT ****** SCREWED EVERYTHING UP!!!!!! So explain to me why we are paying for ****** mistakes?
We had an awful experience at this dealership. My daughter had keys in her hand and was walking out the door when a sales a person who had not done their due diligence, would not switch our tags. Contracts were signed, money was paid and we were not allowed to leave with the car. We were talked down to, yelled at and humiliated! I have never seen such unprofessional behavior. When she came to the dealership and we inspected the trade in, we realized that the vehicle had been involved in an accident. Got a car a little more than a year and a half ago and now the motor is bad. Had it serviced for another problem about two months ago, and never was even said about the motor. My car has been at Kia for over a month. Everyone that I have had to interact with has been unprofessional at some point. Taylor was my Advisor and she has been screening my calls and is refusing to take them most of the time. When I leave a voicemail I never receive a callback. Let me start off by saying that if I could give NO STARS, I would. You would think your car would be in good hands with this kind of dealership that brags that they are the best in WNC.
