I bought Nissan Versa 2024 on Nov. 18 2024. They didnt have 2025 model so no choice. I trust them because they are a new car dealership so just follow what they said. But next day I found the engine room was mess up and horrible. I took a pic of it and try to talk to them about refund or exchange but the manager refused it he said according to the ca law they dont refund or exchange and they cleaning the engine room. I want refund , exchange or certified that this car is new never drowned maybe condensation.

*** will not replace my engine as per documentation from the service tech. Been with out a vehicle for 3 months and need to replace the Cadillac converter, which will only get clogged again, since engine will not be replaced..."OUT OF WARRANTY " I should of listen to friends and family NOT TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM *******

Today, Sept 13, 2021, I took my Nissan Maxima in to get the headlight replaced because it was malfunctioned and was under warranty. The representative told me they have to do an inspection of my vehicle and it will cost me $87.50 for it. I said I did not need an inspection because it was already done in Texas and that's why I know what's wrong with the headlight. My 2013 Nissan Sentra has a recall on its transmission. I brought it to this Nissan dealer on multiple occasions. They stated that yes my transmission was dying and there was nothing they could do about it because the check engine light was not on even though through diagnostic testing they new my transmission was bad. I have called and brought my Nissan in on multiple occasion and they stated their is nothing they can do just because a check engine light was not on even though it was confirmed I had a faulty transmission.
