I took our 2018 *** ****** SX Turbo to Herrnstein Kia for a valve cover gasket replacement. Though I anticipated that the repair would be covered under the warranty, it was not. But alas, I paid the $439.99 and proceeded home in our *** that they assurred me was repaired and in great working order. Poor customer service poor management poor dealership poor salesmen , I financed a vehicle a week later the engine blew up it took 17 days for the suv to get the engine replace , I went to pick the vehicle up I got 6 miles down the road and the service engine came on . Said the engine is overheating I check the radiator coolant line was not connected to the vehicle all the antifreeze went all over the front of the vehicle this is a disaster over this company & dealership
We have a 2016 Dodge truck that has been there since December. Keep getting the same story that the manifold has to come from Chrysler and they’re only releasing 1 a month ??. They are invading your private they took my mother n office ask personal guestions about her kids abusing her. Then would buy her car because I'm with her saying I'm maker her sale her car. It isn't like that she's upset that they accused her son of abuse.
Bought a 2012 Jeep Wrangler 11/18/22 from this dealership which was 3 1/2 hrs away... not even 24hrs after I took it off their lot the check engine light came on took it to Auto Zone and it happen to be a coolant/thermostat problem before we could get that resolved 1 week later heading back from a holiday gathering the check engine light started flashing the Jeep started running rough misfiring. We purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from this company in fall of 2021. HUGE mistake...First of all, we were preapproved with no interest but when we go there it "didn't apply to the vehicle we wanted" although we didn't apply for a certain vehicle!! Found a Jeep on website for ******. Went to look at it. Ask the sales person for the price she said ******. Ok , took it for test drive. When we got back the price was ****** more! Sad way to do business.
Was approved for a truck went to put a deposit on the truck as Im 3.5 hours from the dealership and they said they couldnt accept a deposit as there was someone there to look at the truck in person! So ran my credit down trying to get approved for the truck they had!
