Excellent experience!!!!!
The staff is unbelievably rude and the doctor (if you get to see her at all) pawns you off on her Physician's assistant who is also rude.
She is an amazing doctor and truly cares for her patients. I never feel as though I am rushed with her. No doctor is perfect and many people will complain of doctors when they dont get their own way. The doctor is here to help make us healthy not to tender to our every, sometimes outrageous wants. She is great and I recommend her 100%
I have been a patient of hers for 4 years. When and if you get to see her, she is so kind and caring. Spends plenty of time with you. Her staff is the reason for the 1 star. They drop the ball on authorizations, referrals, drug refills and follow up after xrays. In fact, my husband had a knee xray and went to the orthopedic Dr and was scheduled for surgery BEFORE Dr Dhaliwals off called us with the results!!!!
I have been a patient of Dr Dhaliwal for 3 years. I have received great care with the drs. and staff. Unfortunately Dr Dahliwhal is now, starting Jan. 1, focusing only on senior care- +55 . While I understand this is a drs choice I have difficulty with how the decision was handled. I received a phone call on Dec. 27 letting me know that on Jan 1, 2024 I will no longer be a patient at Dr Dhaliwal’s office. Great diagnostician, called back results same day. Good bed side manner and listens to what you have to say. Follow up is exceptional. When I called on the weekend she promptly got back to me.
Dr. Dhaliwal has been my doctor for 6 years. She always spends a lot of time with me, answering questions, giving encouragement, returning calls. She has seen me through 2 broken bones, high blood pressure, and anxiety. I whole-heartedly recommend her. She is a gifted physician with a comforting bed-side manner.
Staff is below standards for friendliness and follow-through.
Don't expect a timely followup after having an xray or lab work. Doesn't happen.
