Had a colonoscopy and didn’t feel valued as a patient. She didn’t address or acknowledge me when she walked into the procedure room, just started talking about personal matters with the nurse. No complications so that was a plus however had bad cramping afterwards which I didn’t experience with my prior colonoscopy.
This doctor was cruel to me. She was insulting, deprecating and just plain mean at a colonoscopy procedure. I wish I had not accepted her as an alternative to waiting for Dr Maher but my pain was intense. I never had any lasting effects from any other colonoscopy but she was obviously very rough with the scope because I suffered for 4 months afterwards. After nearly 25 years I left the practice. Would give zero star if could why hospital refer me here? No appointments available except one on certain day/time! Said that doesn't work for me Fully booked for 3 months!!!! We're a specialist so I didn't make the one appointment!Took my insurance card number gonna have call make sure I'm not CHARGED!
I'm writing to tell my personal experience after being cared for by Dr Munot. I've been to many physicians between New Hampshire and Florida, and I can honestly say that she is the most compassionate and caring one that I have ever met! I was compelled to write this review because most reviews are from people who only want a platform to complain upon. Don't believe the bad reviews! Dr. Munot is a very skilled and intelligent physician. I trust her with my life!
